This phone is not available as of today from Sprint nor do they know when it will be.
Sprint is STILL showing us that they are failing on customer service and info about launch dates.
Even there sales people have no idea about the phone or when it will be release.
Very sad and I thought they had things changed for the better.

I know how you feel they told me it would be out oct 31 and now they told me 3 days ago it should be november 20th but i ask a sprint rep and they sayed they dont know .. but i know some people who have it i can get it from but its not fair for the customers 👿

We had ours in stock this Wednesday, usually people don't whine unless its a high end phone that is delayed!

My local sprint told me it was delayed from 31-Oct til 7-Nov. They got a shipment of them in today. I'm rocking one now.

I remember the same thing happened with att and the Blackberry bold,it was delayed for months.It happens, and why all the whining over for a low end phone anyway?

While I agree with you about the whinning, I wouldn't really call it a low end phone, more mid level. Lower end for a smartphone, ok.
I do happen to think, not everyone needs the fastest and best. But something that works. AT&T has scored a hit with the Aria which is more or less is the same level. HTC even rebranded it and is selling it in Europe now.
