Motorola Droid X
trouble with 2.3 download
Hubby has the droid x and just downloaded the 2.3, it was sent to his phone. NOw his pictures for quick dialing are not loading correctly and will freeze while trying to load.
Fix it anyone? Maybe go back to the 2.1. Its slower but works.......??? Help would be appreciated.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but has he tried restarting the phone? The reason I ask is because when I first did the update, my camcorder wouldn't work. When I would hit the red button to record it would shut down the ap and go back to home screen. All I did was shut the phone off for a few seconds and reboot. Now everything works fine.
I leave my phone on 24/7 and I have found that after a week or so, it's best to shut it down and reboot. It seems to smooth things out sometimes. Hope this helps. Good luck!
