Motorola Droid X

Hello, I am new to the android market. I am coming from a BlackBerry Storm2 and one of the most helpful features I am missing on this phone is the ability to list my contacts by last name. Anyone know how to do this or an app to download that will allow it? I have looked and haven't located one yet. Any help is appreciated! Thx...
