Got OTA update last week. No problems and startup/shutdown seem faster - though HTC retained the noisy "DROID" vocal on startup.
Only downside so far is I miss the ability to press the top button and select "Silent" mode; only choices now are Off|Airplane|Restart so I had to add the Profile widget to have handy access to Silent & Vibrate modes.
