Factory Data Reset
Has anyone had a problem with their Incredible doing a complete factory data reset on its own?
Just had a friend that we sold an Incredible to last month call and say that he powered his phone off last night (as he always does) and when he turned it back on this morning everything had been reset to factory specifications.
He has no idea why this happened and is wondering how to prevent it in the future.
I have an Incredible myself but I haven't had this issue (knock on wood)
Any ideas?
