It is already being sold at 3rd party retailers as of today!!!

Well thats only for verizon employees not 3rd party. Since there no advertisement involve with 3rd party...plus the shipments of phones to 3rd party locations are small.

But there are a lot of greedy morons out there.

Most third party retailers are not offering the device, the smart ones arn't anyway.

Only the shady ones who hire minimum wage rejects would risk it.

Hint to Mr. Incredible. Don't release the name of the retailer, or you'll basically be removing their license yourself.

Not sure where you get your info from. I walked into a store today and asked if they could show me the Incredible. Rep brought out a live model from the back and let me play with it. No problem!! Couldn't buy it, but I did see it.

And I've seen reps fired, stores shut down and hefty fines levied against people who broke that agreement.

Yep, it's just a phone.

But try being on the receiving end of that "excitement" for a bit.

Try being yelled at by customers screaming about their rights because they "pay on time, for years!" and demanding that you risk your job so that they can have their curiosity sated a few days early. or seeing good friends get fired because they offered to show the phone if the customer came in only to find out they were secret shopped.

How about having access to all the information on phones you could want, but you can't tell anyone about it, not even your friends? Because even if you're careful, if they track it back to you, you'll pay for it. How would you like to be called an idiot for years because your customers apparently knew more th...
