Accelerometor not working?

My accelerometor has stopped working. anybody encounter this issue?

out of the box (or at least on mine) orientation was turned off so the screen would rotate. All you have to do to get it to work is go to settings->Sound and Display->and then turn on orientation. Hope that helps

all the settings were set for it to work, then all of a sudden it just stopped working. i had to do a full factory reboot for it to reset and start working again. it was a pain to add all my settings and apps to say the least. hope this will not be a recurring issue!
