I experienced the random shutdowns on my captivate today,I must admit it took me by surprise thinking my phone was on and it was off, since the phone has no blinking LED to show power. I called AT&T and asked about problem and if they had any reports of this and the rep SURPRISINGLY said NO. So again the reps are not all on the same page it seems as I have ready numourus reports of this happening after it happened to me twice today. They are sending me a refurbished phone which Im not real happy with since the one i purchased was Brand new but since Im out of the 30 days Im screwed. Anyone have a refurbished captivate and is it working ok ????
