That's a streaming issue that can be fixed with network tools. There's great tools for Sprint reps to use, the key is knowing where to find them but don't blame Sprint as a whole, I work directly for them and could have this problem fixed in a matter of minutes. It would require you to post your phone # though. Don't know what your comfort level with that is.
