I got mine the same day I ordered it from the Sprint store at Overlake just east of Seattle. I love the phone best one I've ever owned.

I walked into the devil store, Sam's Club, and used their kiosk which is operated by Radio Shack. You do NOT need to be a member of Sams Club to purchase the phone. As you enter Sam's just tell the door person that you are visiting the pharmacy or buying liquor. You need not be a member of Sams to use the pharmacy nor buy liquor/beer.
