It's still being tested and only in 4g areas. So voice calls go over 1x or 3g and data over 4g.

HTC has stated that it will not initially be able too, but they also said it is not a hardware limitation so they may eventually develop that capability. I'm assuming they'll get it rolling, Sprint needs to differentiate form Verizon as much as possible, especially if / when they get the iPhone.
