HTC HD2

I bought my HD2 almost a week ago and I didn't have a hotmail account so I signed up for one on my pc and then try to sign into my windows marketplace account so i could get some apps, and it wont let me it just keeps saying to check my username and or passwork and try again or it locks me out completely from it and say go online to unlock then i try that then it says to go on my pc and try to unlock it and I can't find anywhere to try and unlock a hotmail account that has no problem signing in on my computer. I've created two different emails through hotmail and live.com and neither will let me get through its getting to be really annoying it shouldn't be this hard to get an app on your phone at all.
