Touch Screen locks up

Anyone having problems with the Crux touchscreen locking up? Mine has locked up from 5 min. to 8 hours! Right now I'm in the middle of a "text" and waiting for the screen to respond. Lockup can occur during any operation. Not real happy with this phone!
