Sometimes after I use my headset on this phone, I can't hear anything and they can't hear me. It's almost as if the phone still thinks there's a headset plugged in. I stick my headset in and out of my phone a few times and this gets fixed. Maybe you could try this?
If you don't have a cellphone headset, you can use any headphone cord i would think.
