Says "Silence All".......Sound won't work for anything!!! Tell me how to turn it back on please!!!

On the main screen.....it says Silence All across the screen and none of the sound is working....not even the keypad....how do i get the sound to turn back on? I'm about 2 go to bed so e-mail me at
