VX6000 'Security Key' not enabled

I just got this phone today and like it so far, however, when I try to access the Mobile Web, I get a message that says "Security Error-Key Not Recognized". Anyone know what this means?

That means you have to call Verizon to have your mobile web enabled. Don't ask me why.

you have to add mobile web for 4.99 before you can access the mobile web feature. i work at VZw, its a common question we get every day so do not feel bad.
