Its part of the service menu for some reason,
1. Pull up the dial pad and enter: ##4357* Ã This will launch RTN Menu page
2. Select View
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to: RESET then enter 000000 (6 zeros)for MSL code
that should bring you to the service menu, dont hit reset because it will clear your phone. But you should be able to see yout call logs there.
