Moto Devour, Moto Droid, and HTC Droid Eris!
You're going to deal with lag issues not matter what phone it is. Period. I mean maybe not on a Nexus One but... is T-Mobile really worth it? I personally don't have that kind of money so I'll get what I can take. The Eris seems to be the best for me.

could that plan change be the reason why it doesnt show how much data I've used on my verizon acct??
well if i have to change my plan then i'll just get the eris since its the one i want anyway.
there's no grandfather law or anything to bypass this??
Something to consider, however: the premium plan adds $20/mo. (maybe a bit less with the discount, it depends). None of the android phones are compatible with the premium plan, which means they are going to drop the $20 anyway. So they drop the $20, and add $30, that's a net change of only $10. (less if they discount both the $20 and $30 portions (those employee discount plans vary widely). Slightly more if they discount the $20, but NOT the $30.)
