Specs state it has WiFi capability; reviewer states it does not!

What is the story?

Sorry to say but, if its not a Smartphone i.e EVO, Droid, Motorola Cliq/Backflip, HTC, Garmin, etc then it does not have wifi. Many non smartphones apparently do not support wifi. I may be wrong but this is what i know.
