Just wondering if anyone has figured out how to email ring tones to the A610 and then be able to save them as a ring tone to the phone. I have been able to email some ring tones and even get them to play on the phone while viewing the message but have not figured out hot to save them. ANYONE Please help!!! If this is not possible I would like to know that too so I can stop wasting my time.

Im trying to figure out how to take a midi file that I created, and sent that file to the phone. If you figured it out, let me know.

Verizon has cut off every which way to be able to do anything cool to your phone. No emailing, no sending them over the internet, no downloading through the browser on your phone, even no data cable. They don't want to do anything with your phone not involving Get It Now. It's their scam to make more money. Greedy Cheapass Verizon!!!!

When you are viewing the message, and the sound is playing, go to options and where it says "save msg"..there should be arrows to see more opions...press ok on "save sound" and it will be stored in your "my melody". Then you can use them for ringtones

Hey, I'm wondering what file format these need to be in? And do we just e-mail them to our phone's as an attachment?

I have some MP3s I'm wanting to turn into ringtones, thanks for your help.
