I had the same issue. They gave me a new phone. The new one works, but the Bluetooth doesn't. I, too, begin to wonder what is wrong with RIM. My first Bold was a replacement for a defective Tour. The only Blackberry that I owned that was absolutely trouble free was my 8330.
