Ten Year + customer HELP!!

I am posting this in two places...I have been a customer wtih Cingular for over ten years. I am receiving a credit for purchasing a V600 out of pocket (paid $200 for it) since they could not get it for me. I WILL NOT sign a new contract, although I am still under contract until next summer.
My question is...When I call to receive my credit, I would also like them to give me some features free too...Previously had a phone that did not do picture messaging, but I have 100 FREE text messages on my account due to an issue several years ago that they overcharged me and gave me that as a incentive to stay.
Any chance a regional/area manager (spoke to rep, then supervisor, then this guy-area? manager) will give me the following (one...

Hmm... not exactly a Cingular BSR yet (3rd party AWS rep still at this point) but text messaging is different than MMS/EMS messaging features and are under different plans. The 100 free text messaging does not include the picture messaging you may have in mind.
If you have a $200 credit being offered to you, I'd suggest going for the BlueTooth headset. You can get a Motorola-compatible VPA charger for less at RadioShack and it works just as well.

So let me get this straight, you are receiving a 200.00 credit and not having to sign a contract, i don't know what batgaining procedures you use but all the more power to you. So are you asking for a further credit or features in addition to the 200.00 credit or is the 200.00 credit for the accessories and features. I would recommend asking for the headset, the vpa's are a lot cheaper and easy to get instore. Good luck
