Someone Please Help. Voicemail Stuck in Dutch How do I change

Sad I bought a Motorola V600 and it works fine except when I call my voicemail. It is speaking in dutch. I called my carrier and they have done everything possible on their end and we can't get it changed. They even deleted my mailbox and reset it. Now I don't have voicemail at all because I can't understand dutch to set it up. Anyone have a clue what is going on? Please help.
