Was this just one of the people that answered the phone? If so, I hate to burst your bubble but those guys do not know what they are talking about. These are the people that were saying December 19 even AFTER the memo went out saying that would NOT be the launch date. I have talked to a customer service supervisor who has said that NOTHING would be firm until AFTER the holidays.

Yeah...can't believe how susceptible some people are, even after frequenting these forums for such a long time. Don't expect it anytime soon.
