Missing Options under Phone Status

I notice I am missing credit info/available & active line, under Phone Status. I'm not sure if there are any more missing options with the V600 (unlocked version) I keep hearing around about a flash firmware and I also here it's sort of buggy. Anyway ideas on how to get those missing options and is a flash firmware neccessary and is it safe?

Sounds like your phone needs to be flashed. What software version do you have?

The 1DR has what you mentioned. The 1DR is pretty stable.
