You should contact Cingular and have them send you the settings via OTA.

really? He should be able to send you all the browser settings for both MMS and wireless access.....

I've found with > 50% of Cingular reps, you have to know what you want, what you need them to do, etc. I've walked them through getting things done for me on more than a few occasions.
I think that they have to read an instruction manual on how to go to the bathroom every time they go. They don't know how to do ****.
