This message is for anyone left who didn't purchase their phone from Plemix already. I know you don't want to hear that the phone is coming soon. But it really is. I work for AT&T and we were shipped all the launch materials today to arrive in our store on Monday. When that happens it usually means the phone is only about 2 weeks away. Cross your fingers!!!!

What is your store number? Location? I want to come to your store Monday and see the launch materials. I assume that you will also have the "dummy" phone Monday.

my store is located in Stamford, CT. Which number would you like? The store's dealer code or the oracle ID number? And I was wrong about Monday. The launch materials will be there on Wednesday. And yes, I will have a dummy phone, spec sheets and all the goodies that come with a launch kit.

not biting your head off. i'm glad you're finally getting your kit. AT&T's delays are not your fault. but i am glad i got my phone from plemix. it came with a lot more for the money than i would have gotten with AT&T. i got a phone from AT&T i can turn around and resell on ebay which will lower my cost further.
i was reluctant to purchase a phone outside of a provider and use it with their service. i'll never feel that way again and i doubt i'll ever get a phone from a provider again.
got me thinking, and i know it's how they make their money, but maybe we'd all be better off if phones were separated from their service. anyone can buy any phone and use it with any provider. want a new phone? go and upgrade whenever you feel like. might...
