Has anyone flashed/flexed ...
... their v600 from plemix from firmware 1CR to 1DR? Do you see any difference?
(The only thing wrong with 1CR right now is that the voice mail icon doesn't always go away right away, even when my voice mail is empty, and I think this is only a v600+AT&T problem âšī¸ )

I have that same problem with the voicemail icon...since we both got the phone from plemix it's likely we are both running the same flex and flash.
Which flash are you considering? Which flex? Have you ever done this before? I finally figured out enough to download p2k manager and I actually deleted the a/websessions file and it erased all of the web sessions. The only two I have on the phone now are two custom configured ones, AT&T MMS and mMode, which of course only mMode is the fully functional one.

this is a thread on howto flash & flex...i have never done it, and am debating whether to risk it or not. If someone on here has already done it...let us know!
Looks like OB.09.23R for flash and GI9V600000AA0E9 for firmware are two that you can get from motclub.com.
Since I got my phone on Wednesday...I've been trying to read and gather information about flexing...flashing..howto...why...why not...etc..
So what flash/flex is better for us, the one from motclub or the one from v600.cjb.net? Anyone know? Actually I now see that the firmware is the same from motclub and v600.cjb.net - the only question is regarding the firmware/flash...

Has anyone figured out what flex we are using from all the phones from plemix.com? Cassie supplied us with the Flash (firmware) and I got the same Triplets_G_oB.09.1CR_A when I checked it out....I imagine all the phones must have the same flash and flex from plemix.

can you even get to motclub's web site? i haven't been able to connect to it yet..
i did find the p2k software out on the web though and the patch.. i have not been able to get it work though, driver issues. it might not like my w2k. :-(

I am getting sooo annoyed by that Voice Mail icon. It never goes away. Also, I get a wird text message from time to time reading: ">@" without any sender. If anyone has flashed his/her phone by the link with the previous posting, please let me know.

Cassie, I got mine this AM, I tried the VM and all worked. Can you try by pressing the star key to end your VM to see if this helps. I did not have to do that.

I've tried that hfkgc but the vm icon is still there âšī¸ I guess I can live with it until I flash it

yes I read his post ... I meant that I can live with the vm icon thing until there's a major stable firmware upgrade (0B.09.1CR > 0B.09.1DR doesn't seem like a big enough jump to me) đ

i have downloaded the software(triplets) from v600.cjb.net. once i try to open the file with winwar, i get some computer script that i cant read, and thats as far as it goes. how are you all downloading to your phones?? am i doing something wrong??
