Bump. This thread deserves attention.
I got WAP over GPRS working after figuring out how to interpret these settings. The only thing is that I'm having problems viewing certain pages... For example, google search results and google news aren't displaying, giving an error: requested object too large. Google's font size looks a little large too. Maybe I can find a workaround...? Maybe I just need a better homepage 🙂

BTW, device:home and device.home weren't working for me as Homepage.

I'm amazaed it works for you without setting up the 66.209.11.61 IP address. I am still struggling on figuring out the MMS settings to get Multimedia messages.

Yeah, imagine my surprise when it started working as soon as I cleared out the IP address. 🙂 I'll have to look into it a little deeper - this probably shouldn't be working.

Has anyone figured out how to completely set up the V600 for cingular?? last i read, members were having problems with certain functions.

From what i read, most here have ATTWS. I am aware that ATTWS has better talking plans without roaming, but cingular offers no roaming charges on there nation plans with comparable rates. also, the data plans and added features appear to be less expensive with cingular. I may be misunderstanding this, but just looking for input advise and suggestions.
