One quick question to RSD317 you stated that you been with attwireless for 4 1/2 years and that their service is not so good, you get overcharged on youre monthy bills right. where exacly do you live and where primarily do you use the service???

Hmm... I was told that it really depends on your area if the service is good or not. For instance, I live in Houston and I am currently a Verizon customer. I have never had a problem with Verizon, they have real good service down here. But I am switching to T-Mobile for the GSM network. In this area, T-Mobile seems to be better than AT&T when it comes to service (based on friends that have AT&T and T-Mobile).

Do some research if you aren't sure or purchase an unlocked V600 and pop in your SIM card if you want to keep T-Mobile.

I live in the houston area and have ATT. I can go anywhere in the city and I have perfect reception. I've been to Tulsa, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and even my moms ranch in the middle of nowhere TX and I generally everywhere I go I have good reception. There is only one place I get bad reception and that is at Wal*Mart. The roof somehow just kills my reception, but I only know one person who gets good reception in there and he has Sprint. Of course the GSM could fix this problem. However, keep aware that ATT wireless just put themself on the market yesterday (I think it was yesterday) and may soon be bought out by either Cingular or Nextel.
