Where did that information come from? The phone was due to be shipped to AT&T on December 30. How long it will take to deploy is another question.

I say go with the v300...there's probably going to be a backlog for the v600. If you can deal with not having "Bluetooth", and the non-changeable blue cover, and the fourth GSM network, then the phones are almost identical. I have had my v300 since around Thanksgiving and I can tell you I am thoroughly pleased with mine, plus my personal opinion on networks is that T-Mobile is far superior in the southeast market where I live. Not sure where you are? Hope this helps, your mileage may vary!! 🙂
