Ok, I'll admit, I did not RTFM. However, I've figured out most of this phone in less than a day. One thing I can't figure out is on one of my 7 screens (or pages) there is a HUGE (as in takes up the whole screen) mail account. I want a small little mail app to move to the screen with all of my mail accounts, and I can't figure out how to GET RID of that mail application (and why so big?) which is wasting one entire screen. Any suggestions? Other than that, I'm loving everything about this little electronic miracle. 😁

That's a widget. To remove it, just hold your finger down on it until it kinda pops up, then drag it down to the bottom of the screen where it says "Remove" to get rid of it. That's how you get rid of icons AND widgets.

Duh. How easy was that? Thanks a lot. I had no trouble figuring out how to get them there, just how to get them outta there. My bad. 🤣

No prob. There's a very simple rule to figuring out how to change things with Android in that pressing Menu or holding your finger down on something usually gets you where you need to be.

By the way, renaming folders is a tricky one, so I'll cover it now. Create the folder, then go into it. After that, just hold your finger down on the title bar.

I don't believe that you can easily change individual icons, unless there's an app that you can download from Market in order to do so. They seem to be embedded into each individual app.
