HTC Droid Eris

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS....when i click on the red and white envalope for gmail and pull it up origanlly it let me send two messages... now when i try to reply to an email it just constantly says sending and it will never send my emails out 🤨 🤨 ....also another question i had was is there another widgit that i could put on my home or one of my other screens that is bigger that the envalope?? and maybe show the persons picture, email etc.??? I WOULD REALLY REALLY REALLY like to keep my gmail account so if anyone has ANY suggestions please please help me with this because it is getting so frushtrating haveing to get online on google mail just to send out an email every single time... takes way to long...I REALLY APPRECIATE ANY SU...
