Well I was the first one in line to buy this phone and was very excited.

I came from an iphone 3GS and knew this was not the iphone killer but hoped it was close.

From the start I had issues retrieving email from my personal email account. I was forced to sign up for Gmail in order to use this phone.

The phone has issues DL attachments from Gmail and kept showing a blue question mark in place of the attachment. In my Verizon mail client the attachments would hang forever or fail to load from the server.

Yea.....

If signing up for Gmail is a problem for you....(30 seconds)

or IF you have a problem with Motorola Tsupport on a HTC device....

OR if you think pushing HARDER on a non-pressure based screen will fix the problem.....

this really is not the phone for you.

Right now I am leaning more towards your email problem being more USER related then OS related .......
