Cases: Otterbox vs. Seidio
I will become a BB newbie this month... Anyone have strong opinions on cases for the BB?
The two brand names I keep coming across are Otterbox and Seidio and I am wondering if the Otterboxes are overkill. Note, I live in NYC and move around the city quite a bit.

OTTERBOX!!!! i wouldnt reccomend anything else. hands down best case if you get the commuter series it is still a decent size for your pocket!! and they have a great warranty, just keep you receipt and call them up and they just send you a new one alltogether not just the piece that broke or ripped!!! i have had a commuter since may and not one problem with it, seidio just feels like i went to the mall kiosk and got a case from there.

The only drawback is that you cannot use the BlackBerry charging pod with this case. I didn't realize this until I ordered the charging pod and it was delivered to me. I then had to decide between the charging pod and the Otterbox Commuter case I have (it's too much trouble removing the case each time I want to charge the phone). The charging pod went back and I'm still happy with the Otterbox.
