Wow...OTA icon showed up quickly. Thats a first! But it's a slooowww download that way.

The forums on crackberry are saying there is a softer and more responsive click, better battery life. Most seem to love it at least for this week 🤣

As much as 3 hours! I wonder if it will wipe out my multitude of themes? If so, the Storm will participate, with the update, in the effects of hitting the wall, bouncing off the wall,, and landing on the floor, screen down. And the clicks will be improved when I step on the thing! I will then investigate the Virtues of the Android Incredible,

When updates punish us, alternative measures become attractive. This update must be "friendly fire" or the defectors will flourish! 😉

Just finished mine OTA. about 1.5 hours 😳
Blackberry Desktop Manager for Mac saw the update but refused to do anything about it. I am assuming too many are trying to get it.

It is more responsive and I hear if you are know Japanese, this update is your friend!!!

I wonder if that message will disappear as the phone hits the wall? What a down date. Should have left the thing alone! 🤭

More likely than not, the OS6.0 will not be available for the Storm2, but will appear on the Storm alternative, the 9800, which will feature a drop down hard qwerty and 556 MB of app memory, which will be a parameter of the 6.0. The Storm2 limitation will prohibit compatibility. This new device will have the Storm's screen footprint, more or less, and will deviate from the postage stamp-sized offerings from RIM that all look alike (Bold, Tour, Curve).... you seen one, you've seen them all!

I have a genuine problem with this new "update." The Null exception is like a virus and has placed many hours of work in jeopardy for me. I might have to replace the device and DL a mountain off apps all over again....Hour upon hour, right down the ...
