com_Plazmic_Theme Storm Rezon_2WB_B LUE Version 2009 Vendor Guzzle 3R, that has everything you would want in a theme. No white bars in landscape, 2 user definable icons on the home screen, and 4 dedicated.
What makes it unique is a click on the right side of the home screen, slides the menu, and pressing the left side invokes the QuickLaunch app. No icon needed for QuickLaunch. The theme is very clean with excellent icons and performance. No memory leak and response is instantaneous. This one is worth a look!

They have a totally different approach to what I was saying. Very complex and feature-laden. It would be a change of pace to be sure. The reason I suggested Rezon is because of it's "back ground" appeal. A very simple interface providing simplicity. I use a wallpaper changer. This theme enables the pic to occupy the full screen. No today icons and no box for the lower 4 icons. The right and left side icons are the only home screen functions.
The Carbon Collection looks terrific and offers feature complexity, but "at a price," not the money, but the ability to invoke more activity on the home screen.
I will DL the themes when they come available. I have 4 or 5 others and like to see a "different phone" every day... 🙂

Nice theme-- BUT, it seemed to suck up my battery (which wasn't great to begin with).

I am under the impression that most themes affect memory in variables due to parameters specific to software design and interactive involvement.
I assume battery usage would be similar to all themes. They occupy the same fields( home screen, menu, phone-pad), etc., according to the OS build, providing the same illumination, regardless of the theme. That being the case, battery usage will still be determined by user activity with the device. The theme should not be a burden, any more so or not, than the stock Zen provided on the Storm2.
When you boot up the phone, the only difference between one theme and the hundreds available will be the design content. Of course the less steps undertaken to invoke a response (design of the theme,...
