HTC Imagio

I went ahead with the imagio and so far its a pretty sweet phone. I have ran into a few issues with it though and was wondering if anyone else is having the same problems and might know of a solution.

My inbox always says I have 1 new text message on the touchflo screen. I go into my inbox and there aren't any new messages. I even went through and deleted all my text messages thinking maybe that would fix it, but it didn't. I was thinking about doing a hard reset and just restore everything back to how it was right out of the box... if someone might be able to help me with how to do this.

Also, I keep getting a error message about audiomanager.exe or something like that, and it keeps wanting me to send an error report to microsoft, in which I do. Is there maybe something I'm doing wrong that would cause that error?

If you have any ideas, please let me know. I might just return the phone and swap it out for another one.
