Would this work?

Take an old set of ear buds and snip the cord so that it only includes the jack and about 12" of wire. Plug it in. Turn on the Bluetooth headphones.

I suspect the wire will act as an antenna and the jack being inserted will keep the FM app happy. I don't think this will inhibit the BT connection from operating.
