Yes, I am sorry for not being more specific about the dials of which you select. Have you tried rearranging the areas you have for the weather? You know how you touch the clock and the next screen comes up is the world clock and list my location then all the locations that you want to keep track of the time. For example I have My location, then Tacoma, Lafayette, Newport News then Los Angeles. Try a
arranging your areas in order and see if that helps out.

Slide the bar to the weather tab, then click on menu and a screen will pop up, select rearrange location. Touch the white box to the right and slide it in the order you want the locations. It's like a drag and top type thing. Just make sure that your current living location is first, once done select done at the bottom left.

See if that works out and if it doesn't then you might want to bring the phone in to the verizon store and have them take a look at it and if they can't fix it, have them exchange it.
