Did you guys notice that VERIZON WIRELESS thook the audiovox8900 off there website???? WEIRD!!!

I CAN ALMOST GUARANTEE THAT THE PRICE OF THE PHONE IS GOING TO BE LOWERED BECAUSE OF POOR SALES. WHAT CAN VERIZON EXPECT WHEN THEY RELEASE SUCH A PIECE OF CRAP PHONE. HOPEFULLY SALES DO SO POORLY THAT THEY DISCONTINUE THE PHONE AND RELEASE A REAL CAMERA PHONE....THIS IS PROBABLY WHY THE PHONE IS TEMPORARILY OFF THE WEBSITE.....

its off the site for a few days cuz they need new software flased in, it will be avaible later this week, and it nothing compared to all the sw issues the vx6000 had (and still does) when it first came out

They pulled it from the website because it was pulled completely from sale in the stores. There was a software issue with them that wouldn't allow the use of mobile web, get it now, or any other internet function so verizon is sending them back and will re-release them at a later date.

BS, as of 2 minutes ago 7:05 MT it is still on website. Also , I have had my phone updated with new software yesterday,, no problems. Yhe rep at the store said they have to flash all inventory, not send them back, and they are still for sale

phones just needed to be flashed not sent back..... you ppl need to get your storys straight, ths is from vzw tech support and store reps, the new flash software is avaible and the phones are back on the website, they we never planning on nixxing them completly (sorry all you ppl bashing this phone) and to whoever said sale ssuck for the 8900 i have no idea where you got your info cuz they sold more 8900s in the firs tweek the vx6000 sodl int he first weke they were out... and the vx6000 was vzw first camrea phone
