Has anyone been able to input a greeting message on their phone at menu, 7,2,4 and have it appear on display? If so,,,, what is secret?

I talked with Audiovox the other day. This is a software issue coming form Audiovox. You cant create your own banner but when they come out with the new software you will be able to.

Doug,,, thank you for info. Did Audiovox or Verizon give any indication on a time frame for software release?

Audiovox gave me no indication as to how long it would take to fix their software and allow us to use the banner properly.
