LG Clout
Replace LG Acolade VX5600 with Clout?
I picked up a LG Acolade from Costco a month ago. It's an OK phone. It looks like it has longer battery life and smaller size than the Clout according to the specs. It does have one annoying thing. The camera button on the side of the phone is easy to activate when in your pocket or when opening the phone. Can anyone confirm the Clout doesn't have this problem? Costco has a generous 90 day return policy so I may get the Clout instead if they start carrying it.

Hi Mikey00! I have the Clout and I love it. The phone does have the camera button on the side, BUT, on the front screen of the phone, there is a feature where it locks music from playing and such if you lean against something. It says press to unlock, and gives a little symble to press on front of the phone to unlock, and then if you press the camera key it will go on. This is a great feature to have, so if you lean on something, as long as you have that feature on, no music plays and the camera will NOT come on!! You'd love this phone, I haven't heard one bad thing about it!!!! Hope I helped some! 🙂

I would agree with techfanatic. I was concerned about this too, as the VX 8360 had the same issue.....but no problems on the Clout. Also, if I were you , I would return the Accolade, there are a LOT of issues with the glass screen breaking or combusting without reason..read the reviews on Verizon.com
