I'll copy this from one of your other billions of threads

You're not someone who understands tech, you're someone who likes flashy things.

If you're phone before this was the voyager, you don't always have the latest and greatest. Even a blackberry was better than the voyager. It just wasn't as "flashy" but as a phone, as a mobile device, it was light years ahead of the voyager. Yet you had that.

I suggested the Jitterbug because you're not someone who is good with technology. You might like flashy things but you've proven yourself unwilling to actually sit down and try and understand it. If it doesn't work the way you expect it to right away you assume there is something wrong with it instead of the way you're operating it.

This is painfully obvious because of the way you describe your issues. You haven't even done BASIC research into what's going on with the device, or what certain things mean. You describe technical problems like someone who's never dealt with technology before (notice I said dealt, not messed with)

When you first started posting here both Mupi and I tried helping you with your issues and you just got crazier with your claims. You didn't attempt any of our solutions, or if you did, you never mentioned it and yet you kept mentioning the same problems over and over again.

Just because you buy the "new flashy thingy" whenever you can doesn't mean you understand even the basics about technology, and you also lack patience and the capability to listen, meaning you shouldn't be given anything someone can't hold your hand teaching you to understand it.

If you really thought the service was inferior you wouldn't be on Verizon, period. The cost of an ETF is MUCH lower than what you're paying them over the term of a contract, and on top of that you can't put a price on not stressing out while getting a bill (I saved a ton of money compared to now when I was on Tmobile, but that didn't stop me from paying the ETF to come over)

And you try ending your post with a political statement that has nothing to do with the argument. So not only do you understand nothing about technology, but you're also ignorant and culturally stunted. Wonderful.

ps: I said painful because unlike you there are people with real issues with their phones every day who would kill to get the switchout's you've been given but they can't because of cases like yours causing Verizon/Motorola/LG/etc to make it significantly harder to make valid claims since you're so busy causing the company money.
