Droid Problems?
The phone is fine, but it is not at all intuitive unless you are under about 13 years old. One feature that Motorola admits does not work and is their mistake, is Voice Commands over a Bluetooth head set. It's also not entirely Motorola's fault, because they are putting someone else's software on their hardware. So while hardware issues (and arguably the bluetooth voice dialing thing is hardware) they are responsible for, the quality of the documentation of the software is really google's fault more than Motorola's. And while the owner's manual may well be next to worthless (I never bothered with mine) there are a LOT of helpful how-to guides and step by step instruction for practically everything.

I guess you are correct about it being Google who provided the software, and therefor is more responsible for providing decent documentation for it. I used to crank code and documentation was the most important part of the code most of the time, and the hardest to get software writers to provide. Without the decent documentation, the code was pretty much unsalable though.
