I meant I could not find that feature on the phone when I looked at the phone in the store today.

Yes you can! The cool thing about the DroidMarket, is anyone can submit apps! There are currently wallpapers posted on there. If you dont find any you like, wait about a week. People will start getting the hang of it, and start adding more and more apps. Rome wasnt built in a day! ;)
