Is this downloadable? How does this work? Why would the phone come out with 1.5 when 1.6 is already available?

How long should it take to get 2.0? Will it definitely be available?

Does 2.0 make the phone less sluggish?

Please help...

all updates to the android os are over the air or ota it does matter what it comes with because as soon as you are on wifi or over night on your network you will notice your phone is requiring you to reboot due to update. if you have background with linux u will see that it take a lot to make the system sluggish and it reflects the same on these phones. be patient

Not entirely true, all OTA upgrades that are on Google branded Android phones are OTA, on non Google branded phones, like the Hero and Rogers HTC Magic don't have OTA. But, yes the Moment is a Google branded phone.

Wrong, the Androids on Sprints network will not get over the air updates. HTC said the CDMA Hero will get the 2.0 update via PC connection. There is no word of the Moment getting 2.0, let alone 1.6.
