What is the difference between Boost Navigator and Telenav?
Both provide turn-by-turn driving and walking directions through the speakerphone. However, Boost Navigator will allow you to locate and navigate to an Authorized Re-Boost® Retailer, free of charge.
Do I need to renew my subscription?
You will be asked if you want to renew your subscription when your existing subscription runs out.
What if I get an error, or cannot download maps or routes?
To download maps or routes, your phone must be able to establish an internet connection over the mobile data network. This may be difficult in a building. Go outside and try the route connection again.
Why can't my phone determine my location?
Since GPS services utilize satellites orbiting the Earth, the best performance of the GPS service will best be had when the device or phone has line of sight with the satellites, usually outdoors or in a car. Some applications will use cell site triangulation for location in the event the GPS signal is weak.
Can I cancel my subscription?
There's no need to cancel the service because you choose whether or not you want to renew once your access period expires. Once you've paid for the service, your fee can't be refunded.
