I am not an expert but I have been able to sync the phone and Outlook. For starters, your PC will need to be bluetooth compatible. I use a linksys "dongle" to accomplish that.
The "dongle" comes with software that allows the sync, but you are much better off downloading and installing the Sony ommunications suite
You can get the Suite from SE (the T608 support doesn't have it)

Install that and you should be good to go. there's some cureves thrown in relating to which COM port to look to, but I can't explain that stuff. Go into the www.sprintpcsinfo.com formus and do a search for this subject. There's plenty of info there.
