But I don't use mine with a BT headset at the moment (BT quality isn't good enough for "office" use, IMHO, at least not yet/not for my clients). One thing I can think of is the SEt61c, another phone I used, would occasionally lose signal here and there when using BT. There were rumors that BT and CDMA were either not compatible, or were less compatible (harder to get to play nice) than BT and GSM. I don't know if that's true - my V710 seems to handle it just fine. I did use the T608 for a long time with a motorola BT headset last year, and I don't recall having any problems.
That's a tough one - try a wired headset on the t608 first, see if you still have dropped calls (that would eliminate the headset as the problem). If not, try another BT headset. There are lots on the market now, and prices are coming down. I understand the HBH300 has amazing outbound voice quality, though I don't own one yet. I'm using an HS810 which is marginal, but I'm deciding between a BT800 and HBH300 for my next one (or waiting patiently for a Jawbone Bluetooth from Aliph, if it ever happens).
Good luck
